The first thing that caught my eye was how sleek and clean this watch appears. It's one of the nicest looking men's watches I've seen. Its silver and black color scheme is both elegant and simple and looks at home in casual and more formal settings.The dial is large and easy to read and comes with three chronograph subdials which display 60 second, 30 minute and 12 hour functions. The day of the month is also easily visible on the dial. Another feature that my husband appreciates: the hands and hour markers are luminescent so the watch can be read in the dark. The band is indeed quite large as I've found to be the case with all Invicta watches but it's easy and fast to remove the extra links with an inexpensive Invicta watch sizing tool which is sold separately. I bought the sizing tool when I bought my first Invicta watch and it worked beautifully on this watch as well. Of course, if you prefer, you can always take it to a jeweler. I didn't... This watch has a great look and is very sturdy-looking. I'm slightly worried about its longevity as a timepiece because Invicta seems to be all over the map with quality, but it has been keeping OK time so far (about a month). The bracelet was irrationally big (about 10" around) when we got it, but $5 at the local jeweler's sized it correctly. This watch looks great, runs well, and costs little. It has the look and feel of a much more expensive watch. The chronograph seems to work very well, although I don't have much need for a stop watch. Regardless, the chronograph tracks minutes and hours along with seconds. The bracelet looks nice and is very sturdy and comfortable. The clasp has an additional tab on it to lock down the buckle. And it works. I caught it on something the other day, and it didn't fly open and pop an adjusting pin out. It's large enough to read easily, yet not huge like a watch face for a low vision users watch. After 10 days, it's still accurate to the second compared to the Naval on-line clock. The only "drawback" is the initial size of the bracelet. It comes with enough links in it that Godzilla could wear it. You'll need to remove some links to get the correct size. I do that myself, so I don't know what a jeweler charges.
