I stumbled upon this watch and really liked the look at first impression. I was pleased to find out that the watch is true ceramic (band/case), contained zirconium diamonds and not crystal, had a Swiss movement, screw in crown, and sapphire crystal view. The ceramic is very brilliant, smooth, and simply looks great. The zirconium laced bezel does rotate but serves no function. The crown features a ceramic cover that screws in/out to change the time and date. I synced the time with the official time and in one month the movement is only 2 seconds off, which is very good and expected with a Swiss movement (watch is worn about 3 days a week).My wife has a very thin wrist at about 5.75", the watch comes with 6 removable links, and with her wrist 4 were removed. I get so many compliments and this watch is so "in" right now. I had to take this watch to a real jeweler to have some of the links taken out as I have a small wrist. Even the jeweler was impressed with the workmanship and the price; and said he is now sold on ceramic watches but he would not be able to offer this watch at that price. The true sapphire crystal makes this watch worth the price alone but the whole watch is of high end quality. I own a Rolex and a Philip Stein and this watch holds its own in my jewelry box. BTW; thanks Amazon, the watch was delivered in two days. I love shopping Amazon, no wasted time, gas, stress or impulse buying, I sit and click with confidence because I research and read first and have no buyers remorse. My Christmas buying is all right here! |
