Even though Victorinox does nor have a long history in watchmaking, their watches are really good. They take a large benefit from their knowledge of steel manufacturing to incorporate the best materials in the casings, making these watches life lasting. When it comes to precision, it only comes to my mind 2 words: Swiss Made. If you are a rugged user when it comes to watches, you'd like it, as it has a sapphire crystal screen on the dial, which makes it a little hard to scratch :) In the past 3.5 yrs i have just had to change the battery once, and when i went to the watch maker's authorized dealer, he did suggest that the average life of the battery is about 2/2.5 years, which did fit in perfectly with the timeline of when i had purchased it. Additionally, if you are not used to wearing a thick watch/watch with a large dial, the first day or two, you might feel the weight of it, but then, it will grow on to you, and you wouldn't even notice it.
